Our Programmes

One-on-One Mentorship

We believe that you already possess everything you need to thrive. These sessions are there to unlock that potential and provide the accountability and guidance needed to stay on track with your goals. We help you navigate career decisions, build confidence, and set actionable goals tailored to your aspirations.

Information Sharing Platform & Channel

An explorative digital space where young people share and discover internships, scholarships, career paths, and industry insights. Community-driven, current, and curated.

In-Person Group and Individual Workshops

These are hands-on skill-building sessions for teens and young adults. Sessions cover: CV writing, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, interview preparation, hand skills (baking, manicuring, tailoring), and public speaking. All workshops are built for real-world readiness.

About the Founder:
Stacey Garwe

Stacey Garwe is a project manager, writer, moderator, and speaker dedicated to helping young people reach their fullest potential by expanding their knowledge of career advancement opportunities. She obtained a first-class degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the African Leadership University (ALU) and has extensive experience leading impactful youth empowerment programs across Africa, working with organizations such as Niadelta, the Mastercard Foundation, Professors Without Borders, and ALU.Stacey has been recognized for her leadership through selection into prestigious development programs such as the Global Leadership Programme with ALU and the Carnegie Mellon Foundation, the ALU Ambassador program, the Article26 PRINCE2 certification program, and the Global Mentorship Program. She has been invited as a guest speaker to career fairs and leadership events such as the LEO (Leadership, Experience, Opportunity) Convention in Zimbabwe, and has organized and moderated career development workshops at ALU, the Learning Planet Festival, and SDG Week Canada. Stacey has also facilitated education-related discussions with leaders such as Fred Swaniker and Brian Rosenberg, as well as with organizations like the Mulago Foundation, highlighting her ability to foster meaningful dialogue with global leaders and organizations. In addition, she facilitates capacity-building workshops for high school and university students in high-demand skill areas such as design thinking for innovation, career development, and entrepreneurship. Stacey is also a baker, nail technician, and fashion designer who enjoys using these skills to express herself creatively.She served as the Programmes and Partnerships Manager at Professors Without Borders, overseeing the design and execution of global education initiatives, and also recently finished her internship at Founder Forward in New York to gain hands-on experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. She currently works at UNESCO ROSA in the Education Department.As a multi-faceted social entrepreneur, youth mentor, and creative, she is committed to fostering sustainable impact through grassroots-driven solutions.
